Request Deletion in Three Ways

Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number, profile photo)
- Login credentials and authentication tokens
- Linked student / parent / coach profiles owned by you
- Booking history (sports lounge, box cricket, VR cricket, virtual gaming)
- Order history details that are not required by tax / accounting law
- WhatsApp opt-in records
- Notification preferences and device tokens
Data That Must Be Retained
A small amount of information is kept for legal, accounting, and operational reasons. Even when retained, it is held in restricted storage and is no longer used for marketing or product features.
Order invoices and payment records
Retained for 7 years as required by Qatari accounting and tax regulations.
Coach progress notes about students
If you delete a parent account, the underlying student record and progress notes belong to the academy and remain in our system for academy operations. Contact the academy directly to also delete the linked student record.
Anonymous analytics
Aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics are kept for product improvement and cannot be linked back to you.
Your Right to Delete
You can request permanent deletion of your Bravo Sports account at any time. This page explains exactly what data is removed, what we are legally required to keep, and how to make the request. This disclosure is required under Google Play Store policies and the Qatar Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016).
How to Request Deletion
Send an email from the address linked to your account to INFO@BRAVOSPORTS.QA with the subject 'Delete My Account'. Include your full name and the role on the account (parent, coach, customer, or admin). Alternatively, call +974 3377 1616 between Saturday and Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM Qatar time. You may also visit our office at Ezdan Oasis Land 2, Al Wukair St, Doha Al Wakrah, Qatar.
Verification
To protect you against impersonation, we will reply to the email on file asking you to confirm the deletion. We do not action deletion requests received from a different email address than the one on the account, or from third parties without written authorisation.
Timeline
Once we have confirmed your identity, your account is deactivated within 24 hours and permanently deleted from our active databases within 30 days. Backups containing your data are overwritten on our standard rolling 90-day cycle. Records retained for legal and accounting purposes (see below) remain in restricted, access-controlled storage for the legally mandated period.
Cancellation
You can cancel a deletion request by replying to our confirmation email at any time before the 24-hour deactivation. After deactivation, the account cannot be restored — you would need to register again from scratch.
Children's Accounts
Student profiles inside the parent portal are managed by the parent on the account. To remove a child's profile, the parent must request deletion of either the linked student record or the entire parent account using the contact methods above.
